New Goodness for the Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market!

The much anticipated Horseshoe Craft and Flea market is this Saturday (Oct. 2nd)! At the fair I have will have some awesome new earrings and sparkly initial pendants! I was also hoping to have some new rings...but my resin isn't here yet! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will get here today and I will have time to get them made...we'll see. My Art Was Published in Cloth Paper Scissors!

I have been on cloud 9. The other day I got my favorite magazine, Cloth Paper Scissors, in the mail and discovered that my soldered shadow box had been included on the cover page (pg. 74) of "Skeletons In Your Closet" Readers Challenge. I am so honored to be included among the many very talented artists who make up this wonderful magazine, and I hope that I will be included in many more issues to come!

THE LITTLE RAVEN - book page art - limited edition

THE LITTLE RAVEN

I printed each one on my Epson R1800 with archival inks that last a VERY long time. The raven was printed on the book page and then I added color with color pencil in four different shades teal, magenta, lime green and orange.

I am going to make these a limited addition of 14. You'd better snatch it up quick. They will come signed and numbered on the back of each print.

Each one will measure about 5" X 7". The print will come mounted on black mat board (8" X 10") with black photo corners as pictured.

**COLLECT ALL FOUR COLORS (TEAL, MAGENTA, LIME GREEN, ORANGE), THEY WOULD BE GREAT HUNG TOGETHER AS A GROUPING!

Oh Happy Day...I've Been Selected!

A few months back I entered a readers challenge called "Skeletons in Your Closet" and I just learned that my piece has been selected to be included in a upcoming issue of Cloth Paper Scissors.

The Kids Carving Halloween Pumpkins

On Tuesday the kids got their pumpkins carved, and as always they are spooktacular! One of their favorite jobs is cleaning out the pumpkin guts...and Riley being the jokester that he is made lots of funny faces.





Madison was a bit more serious about the task at hand.





The finished pumpkins...ready to be set outside.
